Talent Acquisition Specialist – Riyadh

About the role

We are partnering with a leading international organisation to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its expanding Riyadh office. The role will own the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting multiple business functions and contributing to the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes from requisition through onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews and assessments, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring demands.
• Track recruitment metrics and report updates to management.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and internal policies.
• Assist with onboarding activities and contribute to broader HR projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or full‑cycle recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies across diverse functions.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Knowledge of Saudi labour regulations and Saudization requirements is preferred.
