About the role

The Talent & Culture Supervisor ensures the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of all HR systems, attendance tracking, and payroll processes. This role is pivotal for compliance with Saudi labor regulations and for delivering a seamless associate experience through data accuracy and process excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the HRMS (e.g., Oasys) with up‑to‑date employee records.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding transactions within the system.
  • Generate HR analytics and reports for leadership (headcount, turnover, payroll costs, etc.).
  • Coordinate with IT and vendors for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
  • Oversee and validate biometric attendance records for all associates.
  • Ensure adherence to the payroll cycle (21st to 20th of each month) and monitor absenteeism, lateness, and overtime trends.
  • Maintain and audit leave records and ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor law.
  • Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs, coordinate with Finance, and review payroll reports for discrepancies.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (GOSI, WPS, Qiwa, and other regulatory requirements) and manage final settlements and end‑of‑service benefits.
  • Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and monitor Saudization requirements.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations with strong exposure to HRMS and payroll.
  • Experience in a hospitality or luxury environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, payroll regulations, and compliance frameworks.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with HRMS platforms such as Oasys, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Experience using biometric attendance systems.
  • Hands‑on payroll processing and reporting.
  • Familiarity with statutory systems GOSI, WPS, and Qiwa.
  • Data analytics and reporting capabilities.
