About the role
The Talent Development Officer supports the Talent Development Executive in delivering high‑quality training programmes for Rosewood Abu Dhabi. The role ensures training activities are well‑planned, documented and aligned with the hotel’s standards, while providing a smooth onboarding experience for new associates.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Rosewood policies, service procedures and training standards.
- Schedule training sessions, prepare training materials, draft documents and back‑up files.
- Organise training venues, equipment, meals and refreshments, and ensure the training room is clean and stocked.
- Track attendance, update the training database and keep Oasys tracking current.
- Prepare and distribute certificates, manage purchase orders for training supplies.
- Assist supervisors and managers with onboarding, including the Perfect Discovery visit.
- Support the Training and Talent & Culture Administrative Assistant as needed.
- Handle front‑desk duties, answer calls courteously and maintain a welcoming environment.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, policies and equipment usage.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to respond promptly to associate requests and maintain positive relations.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and order in work areas.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Oasys training tracking system.
- Data entry and basic administrative software skills.
