Talent, Learning & Culture Manager

About the role

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a Talent, Learning & Culture Manager to lead the development of a continuous‑learning environment, drive employee engagement, and support talent growth across the property. Reporting to the General Manager, you will align property initiatives with corporate talent and culture strategies while tailoring solutions to local needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and evaluate learning and development programs that support business objectives and team growth.
• Conduct training needs analyses and deliver engaging training sessions, including leadership development.
• Oversee onboarding processes in partnership with shared services.
• Lead performance development, succession planning and talent review processes.
• Identify high‑potential talent, create tailored development plans and promote internal mobility.
• Collaborate with department heads to build workforce capability, enhance retention and address employee concerns.
• Drive recognition initiatives and embed luxury service standards into daily operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent management, learning & development, and employee engagement within a hospitality or similar service environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs and manage performance processes.
• Experience working with HR centers of excellence and shared services.
