Talent Management & Acquisition Director

About the role

The Talent Management & Acquisition Director will lead ASMO’s workforce planning, recruitment, performance management and learning initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the role ensures a steady pipeline of high‑performing talent and aligns talent development with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long‑term HR strategy in line with corporate goals.
• Prepare annual business plans, monitor financial and strategic performance, and report progress to the CHRO.
• Oversee internal and executive recruitment, onboarding, and off‑boarding processes, ensuring compliance with KSA labor law.
• Design and manage the performance management system, linking corporate KPIs to departmental targets.
• Lead the design, delivery and evaluation of internal and external training programs.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to create a sales training program with measurable KPIs.
• Advise on optimal HR organisational structure and resource allocation.
• Monitor operational accounting entries related to HR functions, ensuring adherence to financial standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience, preferably in large, multi‑national environments.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, workforce planning and performance management.
• Ability to develop strategic plans, manage budgets and drive measurable results.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with KSA labor regulations is a plus.
