Talent Management Specialist

About the role

Nova® Water, Saudi Arabia’s leading premium bottled water brand, is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to design, implement and oversee training and development initiatives. The role partners with business units to identify learning needs, coordinate program logistics and support employee growth across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the talent management function and facilitate all talent cycle activities.
• Coordinate the implementation of training and development schemes in line with best practices, legal requirements and business objectives.
• Assist in creating the annual training plan, aligning courses with regional needs and strategic goals.
• Support talent development frameworks such as competency models, performance management, career paths and succession planning.
• Manage logistics for learning programs, ensuring employees have the resources to perform their duties effectively.
• Drive HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement.
• Develop and distribute internal communications and events to boost engagement across functions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 24 months (2 years) experience in talent management, training, or related HR functions.
• Strong understanding of training needs analysis, program coordination and employee development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple business units and regions.
