About the role

The Tamheer Program is a structured trainee initiative by Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets Company, a leading Saudi retailer and wholesaler. It offers recent Saudi graduates the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across several functional areas, including business administration, marketing, supply chain, chemistry and language translation.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through assigned departments to understand core business processes.
• Support daily operational tasks and assist in project implementation.
• Prepare and present reports, presentations, and data analyses.
• Collaborate with senior staff to contribute ideas for process improvement.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops organized by the company.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Holder of a bachelor’s degree or diploma in any relevant field.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
