Tandem Servo Press Operator – Automotive Stamping

About the role

Lucid is seeking a Tandem Servo Press Operator to run advanced servo‑driven press lines that shape high‑quality metal components for automotive structures. The role is based in a manufacturing environment and focuses on maintaining production efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Operate servo‑driven tandem press lines to produce automotive structural parts.
• Set up automation systems and configure press machines according to job specifications.
• Load blanks, monitor production flow, and perform automatic die changes for new jobs.
• Conduct regular machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics using Siemens HMI screens.
• Identify and address quality issues promptly to ensure component standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet output goals while adhering to safety protocols.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of stamping experience, preferably with Schuler Tandem Servo Presses.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
