Tanks Supervisor – Ar Rjum Project

About the role

The Tanks Supervisor will oversee subcontractor planning, safety, quality and technical activities on the Ar Rjum gold mining project. Working on‑site in Dhalm, you will coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure that construction and installation work aligns with the overall project schedule and is executed safely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and organize subcontractor activities, providing direction to their management staff.
• Track subcontractor construction schedules, resource charts, and material/equipment requirements.
• Review construction methods, manning charts and ensure they meet project specifications.
• Coordinate the impact of construction operations on external interfaces to keep overall schedules on track.
• Inspect installation of materials and equipment for compliance with drawings, specifications and vendor requirements.
• Enforce safety and quality policies, procedures and work rules on the field.

Required profile

• Experience supervising subcontractor work on medium to high‑complexity projects.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain clear communication.
• Strong understanding of construction planning, scheduling and resource management.
• Commitment to safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
