TCC Liaison Officer

About the role

The TCC Liaison Officer ensures seamless coordination between the Transportation Control Centre (TCC) and operational teams during the Operations & Maintenance phase of a metro system. This position supports real‑time traffic management, incident handling, and communication across all stakeholders to maintain service reliability and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate coordination between the TCC and field teams to ensure operational continuity.
• Act as the primary liaison during incident response and service disruptions.
• Support real‑time monitoring, decision‑making, and dispatch activities.
• Maintain accurate information flow and timely escalation of operational issues.
• Assist in developing and implementing incident management protocols.
• Collaborate with O&M contractors, technical teams, and employer representatives.
• Contribute to operational reviews, reporting, and performance assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Traffic Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation or metro/rail operations.
• Strong understanding of transportation management systems and control‑room environments.
• Proven experience in incident management and operational coordination.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
