Team Leader – Food & Beverage (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader who speaks Arabic, you will oversee daily restaurant operations at Miraval The Red Sea, ensuring mindful hospitality and memorable dining experiences for all guests, especially Arabic‑speaking visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily outlet operations during assigned shifts, conduct pre‑shift briefings and ensure smooth service.
• Maintain restaurant setup, cleanliness, ambiance and compliance with Hyatt and Miraval standards.
• Deliver personalized, mindful hospitality, especially to Arabic‑speaking guests, anticipating their preferences.
• Coach, mentor and support the Food & Beverage team, oversee onboarding and on‑the‑job training.
• Monitor service quality, food presentation, beverage standards and guest satisfaction, providing feedback to management.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team‑leader role within hospitality or restaurant operations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a mindful, wellness‑focused approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively, inspire colleagues and uphold brand standards.

Required skills

• Knowledge of menu items, ingredients and dietary requirements.
• Familiarity with Hyatt and Miraval service standards.
