Team Leader – Information Systems

About the role

Hyatt Place Al Ula is seeking an experienced Team Leader – Information Systems to oversee the hotel’s technology infrastructure during its pre‑opening phase and ongoing operations. You will ensure reliable, secure, and high‑performing IT services for all hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the IT team, ensuring smooth operation of servers, networks, hardware and software.
• Provide technical support to hotel staff, troubleshooting and resolving IT‑related issues promptly.
• Monitor system performance and security, implementing corrective actions and cybersecurity measures as needed.
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, telecommunication equipment and network devices.
• Coordinate with vendors for system maintenance, upgrades and technical support.
• Maintain regular data backups, system updates, IT documentation, inventories and asset records.

Required profile

• Previous experience in IT operations, preferably within hotels or hospitality environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to ensure compliance with Hyatt IT standards and information security policies.
• Proven leadership skills to guide an IT team effectively.
