Team Leader – Manufacturing & Engineering

About the role
Almarai is seeking a proactive Team Leader to manage a shift in its bakery production line in Jeddah. You will be responsible for executing production plans on schedule while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and supervise the assigned shift to meet production targets.
- Ensure production plans are carried out within agreed timeframes, quality specifications, and budgetary limits.
- Supervise operators, providing guidance to achieve efficient and safe operations.
- Monitor and enforce safety and quality standards throughout the shift.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Bakery or Food Technology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar bakery leadership role.
- Proven experience in bread and pastry production.
- At least 3 years operating automated bakery plants.
