Team Leader – Outlet (Food & Beverage)

About the role

The Outlet Team Leader will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlet at Rosewood Jeddah, ensuring the delivery of the brand promise and exceptional guest experiences. This full‑time, onsite position requires hands‑on supervision, coordination with kitchen and beverage teams, and strict adherence to brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating departmental operation manuals and conduct regular divisional communications.
• Handle guest and internal customer complaints, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain brand standards, conduct monthly inventory checks, and ensure cleanliness of front‑ and back‑of‑house areas.
• Lead pre‑shift briefings, supervise staff during busy periods, and act as the primary Micros cashier.
• Balance cash and credit card transactions, remit cash to the Front Office safe, and support the Assistant Outlet Manager when absent.
• Collaborate with other outlet managers to promote teamwork across the hotel.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in a food‑and‑beverage supervisory role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to manage guest relations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
