Team Leader – Poultry Production

About the role

The Team Leader I (Poultry) is responsible for maximizing farm production and profitability by planning, organizing, and overseeing all poultry‑related activities. The role ensures efficient use of resources while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily farm operations within the assigned area.
• Finalize and implement the daily production plan in coordination with the Production Management team.
• Monitor production and maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct internal quality and HACCP audits.
• Propose process modifications and optimizations to improve service levels.
• Manage and develop the team, ensuring effective communication and performance.

Required profile

• Diploma in Poultry Processing, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
• Certificate in Supervisory Management (desirable).
• Knowledge of HACCP and ISO standards.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar poultry/food environment.
• Strong people‑management and communication skills.
