Technical Account Manager – Eastern Province

About the role

Veeam Software is seeking a Technical Account Manager for the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The TAM will act as a trusted advisor, providing proactive support and guidance throughout Veeam implementations and the post‑sales lifecycle. The role focuses on helping customers maximise the value of Veeam’s data resilience solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consulting and delivery services to ensure Veeam solution design and implementation meet customer requirements.
• Provide overall project guidance, architecture planning, and coordination of post‑sales technical engagements.
• Architect and manage availability solutions, including data protection, monitoring, and backup strategies.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact, helping customers unlock the full value of Veeam products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive successful adoption and continuous improvement of data resilience technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (approximately 60 months) in IT infrastructure, data management or related fields.
• Strong customer‑facing skills with a consultative approach.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and deliver results on time.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
