Technical Account Manager – RHEL (Linux) Platform (Remote, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Red Hat Technical Account Management team is seeking a Technical Account Manager focused on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) to support enterprise customers in Saudi Arabia. Working remotely, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers optimise their Linux environments and adopt Red Hat solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain high‑value relationships with a small portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Provide technical guidance on RHEL, upgrades, and platform integrations.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, conducting root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Support Delivery, Engineering, and Product Management.
• Develop and execute customer engagement plans and manage case documentation.
• Escalate and coordinate resolutions for critical incidents.
• Present operational performance reviews and technical recommendations to customer leadership.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructures and business needs.
• Excellent communication and mentorship abilities.
• Experience working with customers in a technical advisory capacity.
• Ability to collaborate across global engineering and product teams.
