Technical Engineer Apprentice

About the role

Join Tripod Machinery Middle East Trading Company, the regional representative of Dingli Machinery, as a Technical Engineer Apprentice. You will gain hands‑on experience in warehouse operations, machine preparation, technical support, and customer‑facing service within a machinery‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with warehouse machinery handling, including pre‑delivery and daily inspections.
• Prepare and coordinate machines for customer delivery, ensuring documentation and safety checks are complete.
• Support spare‑parts inventory control and liaise with customers on parts orders.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support, troubleshooting issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct machine familiarisation and operational training sessions for clients.
• Develop proficiency in the company’s ERP system for tracking inventory, orders, and service records.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Required profile

• 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using computers.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience using an ERP platform.
