About the role

The NesTalent Technical Graduate Trainee program is a fast‑track development pathway for recent graduates in Food Science, Chemical, Quality or Production Engineering. Based at Nestlé Saudi Manufacturing in Jeddah, you will rotate through multiple technical teams, gaining hands‑on experience in production, quality, and process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support optimisation of production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Assist in managing technical risks and ensuring operational safety.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects that address real‑world technical challenges.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and business partners to implement innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical, Quality or Production Engineering.
• Strong academic record (high GPA) and a passion for engineering.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, multi‑functional environment.
• Excellent English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Food Science principles.
• Understanding of Chemical Engineering concepts.
• Familiarity with Quality Engineering practices.
• Basic grasp of Production Engineering processes.
