Technical Lead - Enterprise Infrastructure

About the role

Specialized Enterprise Systems (SES) is hiring a Technical Lead – Enterprise Infrastructure for a three‑year project at a client site in Saudi Arabia. The role oversees the operations, maintenance, reliability and performance of data‑center infrastructure, leading multidisciplinary technical teams to ensure continuous availability, efficiency and compliance of all critical systems, including IT infrastructure, power, cooling, network, security and facility management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations and maintenance activities of the data‑center to ensure maximum uptime and service availability.
• Manage and supervise technical teams responsible for servers, storage, networking, power and cooling systems.
• Develop, implement and monitor preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programmes for all critical facilities and IT assets.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, SLAs, industry standards and customer requirements.
• Act as the technical escalation point for critical incidents, outages and infrastructure‑related issues, coordinating rapid troubleshooting and resolution.
• Monitor data‑center performance, capacity utilisation and environmental conditions to maintain optimal operating efficiency.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of critical electrical systems including UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers and PDUs.

Required profile

• 15 + years of experience in data‑center and enterprise infrastructure operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Saudi nationals preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to the client site in Saudi Arabia within two months.
