Technical Office Manager

About the role

The Technical Office Manager will be based on‑site in the Riyadh Region, overseeing all technical documentation and engineering deliverables for construction projects. This full‑time position ensures that designs, drawings and specifications are accurately prepared, maintained and aligned with project timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the technical office, coordinating the production, review and approval of engineering drawings and specifications.
• Track project budgets, monitor resource allocation and prepare regular financial and progress reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants and contractors to guarantee smooth execution of project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and continuously improve office processes.
• Conduct technical research, evaluate alternatives and provide data‑driven recommendations to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in a technical office or engineering project coordination role, preferably within construction or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on‑site in the Riyadh Region and adapt to changing project needs.
