Technical Project Manager – Cloud Infrastructure Migration

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Technical Project Manager to lead large‑scale cloud infrastructure migration initiatives for multiple clients across Saudi Arabia. The role serves as the primary liaison between Saudi customers and offshore engineering teams, ensuring seamless delivery of migration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end cloud migration projects, defining scope, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Gather technical requirements from clients and translate them into detailed project plans.
• Coordinate delivery between client stakeholders and India‑based technical teams.
• Manage project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure migration outcomes meet technical, commercial, and customer expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in cloud infrastructure, migration, SRE or platform engineering.
• Strong customer‑facing skills with the ability to engage senior technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with distributed/offshore teams, preferably India‑based.
• Ability to operate independently without direct people‑management responsibilities.
• Exposure to multiple industries or client environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Cloud migration expertise (AWS, Microsoft Azure).
• Project management methodologies and tools.
• Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or equivalent).
