Technical Project Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Mining Technology Operations team to lead the deployment of AI‑driven software across complex industrial environments in Saudi Arabia and beyond. You will report directly to the VP of Mining Technology Operations and play a pivotal role in scaling field operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of technology implementations, meeting budget and timeline targets.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and RFCs for product and engineering teams.
• Design, build, and maintain Grafana dashboards that demonstrate AI‑generated value to customers.
• Utilise modern AI productivity tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and prototyping.
• Maintain the risk log, act as a control function, and contribute to key‑account strategies for long‑term growth.
• Travel regularly to mining sites across Saudi Arabia and internationally.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management and software implementation experience, with solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in large‑scale industrial enterprises; mining software background is a plus.
• Data‑driven mindset with familiarity of BI tools and basic AI/ML lifecycle concepts.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, able to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
