Technical Project Manager QVAC

About the role

This position is an opportunity to join a globally distributed technology team focused on digital finance, blockchain innovation, and AI‑driven transformation. As a Technical Project Manager you will lead complex software development projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure delivery aligns with strategic business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior leadership in coordinating software development initiatives and maintaining delivery momentum.
• Track timelines, dependencies, deliverables and evolving priorities to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate collaboration between development, QA, product and business stakeholders.
• Define and maintain project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines and success metrics.
• Proactively monitor risks, implement mitigation strategies and resolve blockers.
• Provide regular, transparent updates on progress, changes and issues to internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives by capturing lessons learned and optimizing processes.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects within distributed, global team environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Project Management or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing software development projects (Project Manager, Technical Lead or similar).
• 5 years of overall software development experience with recent hands‑on coding in a commercial setting.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude, proactive communication and ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.

Required skills

• Programming/scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, C#.
• Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) knowledge.
• DevOps concepts, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
• Familiarity with modern collaboration and project‑management tools.
