Technical Project Manager – Riyadh (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

Red Hat’s EMEA Services team is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead services projects across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan and Iraq. The position is based in Riyadh and is open to Saudi nationals only. You will oversee projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and regional requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Guide project planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting with minimal direction.
• Manage project scope, requirements and change requests while ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
• Develop and implement project control solutions using various project‑management tools.
• Collaborate with management on proposals, bids, contracts, estimates and schedules.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and track project economics, including costs and budgets.
• Establish metrics for key project criteria and maintain reporting procedures.
• Participate in status review meetings with team members and customers.
• Submit weekly timesheets and timecards promptly.
• Apply PMI/PMP and Red Hat services project‑management methodologies.
• Coach and train the project team on processes, schedules and issue resolution.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience managing IT‑focused projects.
• Proven track record handling complex, multicultural or multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience driving process improvements and establishing project‑management discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and business judgment.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Project Management methodologies (PMI, PMP).
• Familiarity with Red Hat services project‑management framework.
