Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to help developers and enterprise customers build and operate products on a fast‑evolving generative AI platform. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will troubleshoot complex API, authentication and integration issues while collaborating closely with engineering and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support across APIs, platform UI, and integration challenges via email, chat and Slack.
• Troubleshoot OAuth, API‑key, JWT authentication, HTTP errors, rate limits and malformed requests.
• Analyze API logs, payloads and observability data to determine root causes.
• Manage support cases within SLAs, document bugs and work with engineering for resolution.
• Act as a customer advocate, delivering feedback on reliability, performance and product improvements.
• Validate new features and releases before production.
• Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, FAQs and how‑to documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements for scalable support operations.

Required profile

• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, sales and product teams.
• Experience supporting developers or enterprise customers in a cloud‑based environment.
