Technical Support Engineer – Printing (Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer specialized in printing technologies to join our team in Riyadh. The role focuses on delivering on‑site assistance for laser and inkjet printing equipment, ensuring optimal performance for our customers in the printing industry.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical support and routine maintenance for laser and inkjet printers.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults using technical documentation and circuit diagrams.
• Carry out installations, preventive maintenance, and replacement of printer components.
• Coordinate with service managers, escalate complex issues, and guarantee timely resolution.
• Prepare accurate service reports and maintain professional communication with clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field, or a Diploma in Electronics.
• Up to 1 year of hands‑on experience in printing hardware service, hardware repair, or a similar technical role.
• Basic knowledge of print technologies, preferably laser; exposure to inkjet or offset is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and circuit/assembly diagrams.
• Proficiency with MS Office and service‑reporting tools.
• Arabic speaker, currently residing in Saudi Arabia and holding Jordanian, Lebanese or Syrian nationality.
