Technical Support Engineer – Protection

About the role

Alfanir Group is seeking a Technical Support Engineer specialized in protection systems. The role provides technical assistance to customers and internal teams, ensuring successful commissioning, warranty claim resolution, and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Support warranty claims by diagnosing issues and coordinating resolutions with senior engineers.
• Assist field commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems, verify compliance with project specifications, and document findings.
• Provide project engineering support, including preparation of technical documents and reports.
• Maintain organized records of test results, warranty resolutions, and commissioning logs.
• Engage in continuous learning through mentorship and training programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months (2 years) of relevant technical support or engineering experience.
• Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the role.
• Strong problem‑solving orientation and willingness to follow supervision for process improvements.
