Technical Trainer – Pipefitting, Mechanical, Welding, Rigging (Short‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking qualified Industrial Vocational Training Instructors (TT1) to deliver technical training programmes for pipefitting, mechanical, welding and rigging at a Saudi government‑backed Vocational & Technical Institute. The role combines classroom instruction with hands‑on workshop training to ensure high learning outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical courses based on approved curricula through classroom and workshop sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, training schedules and practical activities.
• Apply effective teaching methods to engage trainees and achieve learning objectives.
• Maintain a safe and well‑equipped training environment.
• Assess trainee performance, provide feedback and keep accurate records.
• Ensure availability of tools, consumables and training aids.
• Continuously update technical knowledge and improve instructional delivery.

Required profile

• Diploma or engineering qualification in the relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of training/instructional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, EPC or related sectors.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in vocational or technical training institutes and GCC/Middle‑East exposure is preferred.
• Competency‑based assessment qualifications (e.g., NVQ, A1, V1, D32, D33) are highly preferred.
