Tele‑Sales Specialist (B2C)

About the role

Rize is a fast‑growing rent‑now‑pay‑later platform in Saudi Arabia looking for a dynamic Tele‑Sales Specialist to drive B2C customer acquisition. You will work from our Riyadh office, making outbound calls, qualifying leads and guiding prospects through the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote Rize’s services.
• Generate, qualify and nurture leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Deliver engaging sales pitches and handle inquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate call logs, customer data and sales outcomes in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company goals.
• Follow up on potential leads, manage contracts from initial call to signed agreement.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of tele‑sales experience selling services.
• Startup experience (Fintech, Proptech or related) is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Motivated by sales targets and able to work independently and as part of a team.
