Tendering & Estimation Engineer – EPC Projects

About the role

ENEVO Arabia is seeking an experienced Tendering & Estimation Engineer to lead the preparation of technically compliant, commercially competitive, and risk‑balanced proposals for energy and industrial EPC projects in Al Khobar.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, BOQs and contractual requirements.
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial cost estimates.
• Develop RFQs and obtain quotations from OEMs, vendors and subcontractors.
• Perform technical and commercial bid evaluations, identifying scope gaps, risks and value‑engineering opportunities.
• Coordinate inputs across engineering, procurement, projects, finance, legal and QHSE.
• Prepare tender summaries, risk registers, management approval packages and final proposals.
• Support client clarifications, negotiations and post‑award hand‑over.
• Maintain accurate tender and estimation data in ERP systems and leverage AI tools for analysis and quality control.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in tendering, estimation or EPC project costing.
• At least 5 years of experience working in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience in energy‑sector projects (Transmission & Distribution, substations, process and industrial automation, electrical and instrumentation).
• Direct experience with Saudi Aramco and Saudi Electricity Company; experience with SABIC, Ma’aden or HADEED is highly preferred.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic fluency is a plus.
