Tendering Specialist

About the role

The Tendering Specialist will manage and coordinate bids for government, semi‑government and private sector opportunities. The role involves identifying, reviewing and analysing tender requirements, preparing technical and financial proposals, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor official email, Etimad and other platforms to capture new bid opportunities and register them in the ERP system.
• Analyse tender documents, prepare participation requirements and coordinate with Technical, Finance, Legal and HR teams to compile complete proposals.
• Coordinate the preparation of technical and financial proposals, review pricing, and ensure all mandatory documents are attached.
• Present bids and pricing to management, document approvals, and lead commercial negotiations with clients.
• Submit proposals through official channels within deadlines, maintain proof of submission and follow up on bid status.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in tendering, bidding or procurement.
• Strong understanding of government and private sector tendering procedures and regulations.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage multiple bid cycles simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to evaluate feasibility and negotiate commercial terms.
