Tennis Instructor – Community Service

About the role

The Tennis Instructor – Community Service will lead tennis training programs for a diverse community in Abqaiq, Saudi Arabia. This role supports the Aramco client’s community service initiatives by promoting physical fitness, fostering a sports culture, and enhancing well‑being across all age groups.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver structured tennis coaching sessions tailored to different ages and skill levels.
• Design and implement training programs that develop technical tennis skills and overall physical conditioning.
• Organise friendly matches, tournaments, and community sports events to encourage participation.
• Ensure all training activities comply with safety standards and procedures.
• Monitor participants’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust programs as needed.
• Oversee the preparation, upkeep, and maintenance of tennis courts and related equipment.
• Collaborate with the company’s community service team to align sports activities with broader outreach goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tennis Instructor, supported by a certified experience certificate.
• Degree in Physical Education or a Diploma in a related field.
• Immediate availability to join the team.
