Territory Lead – Trauma & Extremities (Western Region, Jeddah)

About the role

The Territory Lead will drive growth for the Trauma & Extremities Division across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia, based in Jeddah. This hybrid position involves building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and supporting post‑sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and develop relationships with current and potential customers, tracking market trends and competitor activity.
• Achieve regional sales targets, prepare sales reports, and plan customer visits, demos, and product presentations.
• Evaluate proposals, prepare material lists, and guide customers through purchasing methods, including tenders and leasing.
• Coordinate delivery, installation, and post‑sales training, and attend surgery cases as needed.
• Manage billing, follow up collections with Finance, and handle customer feedback with Quality Management.
• Prepare congress/demo materials, support logistics, and communicate scientific support requests to marketing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, medical or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience as a territory lead or similar role.
• Experience in the orthopaedics industry, specifically trauma, extremities, or joint replacement.
• Proficiency in English.
