Territory Manager in Training (Tamheer)

About the role

Join Ecolab’s Institutional sales team as a Territory Manager in Training (Tamheer). This structured 12‑month program blends classroom‑style training, e‑learning modules, job‑shadowing and hands‑on field activities, allowing you to learn from subject‑matter experts and develop the skills needed to serve foodservice and hospitality customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales growth within an existing territory of foodservice and hospitality accounts by delivering customer training, product demonstrations and emergency service.
• Prospect new customers through cold calling, secure new accounts and strengthen Ecolab’s brand presence in the market.
• Learn customers’ warewashing systems and design tailored cleaning and sanitation solutions.
• Assist with installation, repair and maintenance of warewashing, laundry and dispensing equipment, applying mechanical aptitude to reinforce customer relationships.
• Ensure safe equipment operation and train customer teams to keep facilities fully operational.

Required profile

• Eligibility for the Tamheer graduate program.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with computers and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to manage crises and resolve issues effectively.
