Territory Manager, Joint Replacement, Central Region (Riyadh)

About the role

Stryker is looking for a Territory Manager to drive Joint Replacement activity in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh. This is a field-based position covering customer relationships, sales, after-sales support and project follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers in the assigned area and report on trends, competitors, product developments and regulations.
• Carry out sales activities in line with regional targets, prepare sales reports and plan customer/partner visits and demonstrations.
• Evaluate requests for proposals, prepare material lists and inform customers about purchasing methods such as tenders, intermediate purchases and leasing, working with the tender department.
• Track delivery dates, deliver and install materials, provide post-sales user training and attend surgery cases.
• Follow up customer bills through accrual and collections with Finance and Accounting, and communicate customer complaints to Quality Management.
• Prepare congress and demo materials, deliver them to the storehouse in a sterilized, undamaged condition, and share scientific support requests with the marketing department.
• Support the logistics team when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, medicine or a related field; higher education preferred.
• At least 3 years of sales experience with a diploma in a related field.
• Experience in the orthopaedic field.
• Knowledge of the medical device environment and medical device regulations is required.
• Experience in joint replacement is highly desirable.
