Territory Supervisor – Commercial Sales (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Territory Supervisor will own a defined Saudi Arabian territory, driving commercial performance across Wholesale, Key Accounts and General Trade channels. You will work closely with distributor sales teams and key customers to grow multiple product categories, strengthen market presence and ensure effective in‑market execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales, distribution and commercial execution across all channels within the assigned territory.
• Identify growth opportunities, improve product availability and adapt commercial strategies per channel.
• Monitor sales performance, distribution metrics and promotional activities, providing actionable insights.
• Coach and develop distributor sales teams using performance data and market insights.
• Maintain regular market engagement to capture customer behaviour, competitive activity and execution gaps.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience, preferably managing multiple categories and channels (Wholesale, Key Accounts, General Trade).
• Proven experience working with distributors and distributor sales teams, ideally in FMCG or tobacco.
• Strong understanding of sales execution, distribution dynamics and commercial performance analysis.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi market and retail environment.
