About the role

The Testing and Commissioning Manager will lead the testing, commissioning, and hand‑over of accounting systems to operations. This position ensures that all systems meet compliance, quality, and industry standards while supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead systems testing, commissioning, and hand‑over processes, guaranteeing compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define and refine testing strategies aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Develop comprehensive testing plans, create detailed test cases, and validate functionality and reliability of accounting systems.
• Conduct risk assessments during testing, identify potential issues, and implement proactive mitigation measures.
• Provide technical expertise and support to team members, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Analyze testing results, prepare detailed reports, and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to internal and external auditing standards, prepare documentation, and facilitate audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading systems testing and commissioning activities.
• Familiarity with industry standards, compliance requirements, and auditing processes.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess risks and interpret testing data.
