Testing & Commissioning Engineer

About the role

Oracle Overseas is seeking a Testing & Commissioning Engineer to ensure that plant and system installations meet design specifications, safety standards, and operational readiness. You will lead pre‑commissioning checks, functional testing, and performance validation for food‑processing and beverage projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review project designs, technical specifications and contractual requirements.
• Develop and document commissioning plans, procedures and O&M manuals.
• Oversee pre‑commissioning checks, installation verification and field testing activities.
• Perform primary/secondary, functional and performance tests, and supervise technicians, vendors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with construction, management, and client teams while enforcing safety protocols and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot faults, compile test data, analyse performance and generate stakeholder reports.
• Support system hand‑over and final client sign‑off.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in testing, commissioning or related engineering roles.
• Experience in food‑packaged, beverage or fast‑food shop projects (freshers also encouraged).

• Monthly salary between 72,600 BDT and 76,000 BDT.
