Testing Supervisor

About the role

The Testing Supervisor will lead routine testing and assembly activities on GIS bays within a lean production line. The role focuses on delivering high quality, cost‑effective solutions while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assembly, repair and routine mechanical, 10 kV HV functional and resistance measurements on GIS components according to work instructions and drawings.
• Execute work packages, self‑check results, and complete required checklists and protocols.
• Maintain test equipment, ensure continuous calibration, and handle factory tools safely.
• Control quality, immediately escalate issues, record deviations and support root‑cause analysis.
• Prepare non‑conformance reports and gather feedback from local service engineers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (assembly, testing, logistics) and follow HSE, quality and environmental guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean culture by sharing ideas and observations.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management to meet job requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• 2‑3 years of experience in laboratory or testing activities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and material specifications.
