Therapeutic Area Partner – Hematology (Jeddah)

About the role

The Therapeutic Area Partner (TAP) – Hematology in Jeddah is a field‑based position at Bristol Myers Squibb. You will be the primary scientific liaison for hematology healthcare professionals, fostering timely, accurate, and value‑driven interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain deep disease expertise and synthesize clinical data to generate insights for internal strategy.
• Develop and execute a territory plan aligned with KPIs, preparing scientific presentations and responding to HCP inquiries.
• Identify knowledge gaps and implement learning programs for healthcare professionals.
• Map hospitals, understand patient journeys, and support formulary enlistment and access for approved BMS products.
• Communicate both scientific and economic value of BMS hematology products to multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in hematology disease landscape and treatment options.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and translate large volumes of clinical data.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging physicians, pharmacists, HEOR experts and multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to spend at least 90% of time in the field, traveling across the territory.
