Therapeutic Area Partner – Neuroscience (Riyadh)

About the role

The Therapeutic Area Partner – Neuroscience will be based in Riyadh and act as the primary scientific liaison for Bristol Myers Squibb’s neuroscience portfolio. Working largely in the field, the TAP will engage health‑care professionals, convey scientific information, and support the safe and appropriate use of BMS products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate scientific messages about BMS neuroscience brands to physicians, pharmacists, clinical pharmacists, and other health‑care professionals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date disease, treatment‑landscape, and product knowledge.
• Map the territory, identify knowledge gaps, and develop educational programs to address HCP needs.
• Create and execute a territory plan aligned with agreed KPIs and business objectives.
• Profile and segment customers, prioritize targets, and build strong partnerships with key opinion leaders.
• Support formulary enlisting and coordinate with access, medical, and marketing teams to ensure product availability.
• Spend at least 90 % of time in the field interacting with HCPs and related stakeholders.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in neuroscience disease areas and pharmaceutical products.
• Proven ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience in territory management, customer profiling, and KPI‑driven planning.
• Strong collaborative mindset to work with cross‑functional teams such as medical, access, and marketing.
