About the role
We are looking for a Total Rewards & Talent Management Assistant Manager to support People and Culture initiatives across compensation, learning, talent management and performance. The role will coordinate programs, manage data and help implement processes that drive employee engagement and development.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in designing and administering compensation structures and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company policies.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and gather market intelligence to support competitive total rewards offerings.
- Coordinate learning initiatives, maintain the training calendar, manage enrollments and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain employee training records to ensure compliance with development objectives and organizational requirements.
- Support talent management processes, prepare materials for talent reviews, maintain succession plans and track high‑potential employee progress.
- Administer performance management tools, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews and continuous feedback.
- Implement and maintain accurate data related to total rewards, learning, talent management and performance in HR systems.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations across compensation, benefits and performance processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on special projects within the Center of Excellence.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 4‑6 years of experience in human resources, preferably at an Assistant Manager or Team Leader level.
- Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, learning, talent management and performance processes.
- Experience with HR data management and compliance with local labor regulations.
