Training and Development Manager (Food & Beverage)

About the role

We are looking for a Training and Development Manager to lead learning initiatives across our restaurant portfolio in Riyadh. The role will design, implement and monitor training programmes that uphold our brand standards and drive service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training manuals for brand standards.
• Roll out training for new menu items and service standards.
• Conduct training needs assessments across branches.
• Coach and evaluate staff performance against brand standards.
• Track training KPIs such as completion rates, performance impact and retention.
• Manage food safety/HACCP certification tracking for staff.
• Ensure consistent brand execution across all restaurant locations.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in food & beverage training and development.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build SOPs and training materials from scratch.
• Bilingual Arabic and English.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations (front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house).
• Food safety/HACCP certification is a plus.
