Training Manager – Human Resources

About the role

The Training Manager will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of employee training programs that align with the organization’s mission and vision. Working closely with property leadership, the role ensures that staff acquire the knowledge and skills needed to drive business results and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and promote all employee training initiatives across the property.
• Conduct needs assessments, develop curriculum and facilitate both custom and corporate training sessions.
• Measure training effectiveness through attendance tracking, participant feedback and performance data.
• Partner with operational leaders to ensure transfer of learning to daily operations.
• Maintain training budgets and align programs with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field with at least 2 years of HR or training experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
• Certified trainer status.
