Training Manager

About the role

The Training Manager will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of learning initiatives that support the organization’s mission and vision. Working closely with property leadership, the role ensures that training programs align with business objectives and enhance employee performance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and promote employee training programs covering product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service and leadership.
• Conduct needs assessments, design curricula and develop training materials for both custom and corporate courses.
• Facilitate classroom and on‑the‑job training sessions, ensuring adult‑learning principles are applied.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance and participant progress; gather feedback and measure training effectiveness against ROI.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to assess skill transfer and identify performance gaps.
• Prepare training budgets and plans, linking all activities to the organization’s strategic goals.

Required profile

• Either a two‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field plus at least two years of relevant experience, or a four‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields with a certified trainer qualification (no experience required).
• Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies and ability to evaluate training impact.
