Training Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Training Manager to lead the design, delivery and evaluation of learning initiatives that support our hospitality operations in Al‑Madinah Al‑Munawarah. The role aligns training activities with the company’s mission, vision and guest‑service standards, ensuring staff have the knowledge and skills to achieve business results.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and administer all employee training programs, covering product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service and leadership.
• Conduct needs assessments, design curricula and develop both custom and corporate training modules.
• Facilitate classroom and on‑the‑job training sessions, using adult‑learning principles.
• Monitor enrollment, attendance and participant progress; gather feedback from trainees and operational leaders.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics, guest satisfaction data and transfer‑of‑learning assessments.
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to employees and managers based on observed service behaviors.
• Collaborate with property leadership to identify performance gaps and create budgeted training plans.
• Maintain records of training activities and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field, plus at least 2 years of HR or training experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with a certified‑trainer qualification and no experience required.
• Certified Trainer credential.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
