Travel Consultant – Corporate Travel Specialist

About the role

As a Travel Consultant at Tumodo, you will deliver end‑to‑end travel services for corporate clients, leveraging our SaaS platform to simplify bookings, expenses, and policy compliance. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless travel experiences for businesses operating across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their preferences and travel policies.
• Research, plan, and book domestic and international itineraries using the Tumodo platform and GDS tools.
• Manage ticket issuance, itinerary changes, cancellations, and re‑bookings while handling complex multi‑leg trips.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other providers to resolve disruptions and support clients during emergencies.
• Stay current on industry trends, travel regulations, and emerging technologies, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a corporate travel consultant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in GDS systems, with a strong preference for Sabre.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in travel documentation.
