Treasury Director

About the role

The Head of Treasury at Dammam Airport will lead all treasury functions, ensuring efficient cash, capital, and cash‑collection management across three airports (DMM, HOF, AQI). The role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence while maintaining regulatory compliance and financial integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement treasury strategies aligned with the airport’s vision and financial stability goals.
• Oversee cash flow, capital management, and cash‑collection initiatives, establishing KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Prepare payment documents, including payroll, and ensure accuracy for all three airports.
• Review bank statements, manage bank accounts, and prepare statistical reports in line with Ministry of Finance requirements.
• Upload payment transfer instructions, manage cash allocation, and ensure liquidity for revenue transfers to GACA.
• Supervise issuance, review, and monitoring of bank guarantees and deposits.
• Coordinate with insurance providers to secure coverage and manage claims.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and financial institutions.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the treasury team.
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for the treasury department.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in treasury management and cash‑flow oversight.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial reporting.
• Proven leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external partners.
