Treasury Director

About the role

The Treasury Director will lead the treasury function at the headquarters in Riyadh, overseeing liquidity, cash‑flow management and long‑term funding strategies. This senior position ensures compliance with financial regulations, cultivates strong banking relationships, and drives continuous improvement across treasury operations.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize daily cash positions and working capital to meet operational needs.
• Manage end‑to‑end payments to suppliers and employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal controls.
• Develop and maintain cash‑flow forecasting models for proactive decision‑making.
• Streamline payment workflows and implement treasury management systems for greater efficiency.
• Negotiate banking services, loans and credit facilities to secure favorable terms.
• Identify cost‑optimization opportunities within treasury processes.
• Monitor market trends and economic conditions to adapt treasury strategies.
• Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for treasury operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading treasury functions in a large organization.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, liquidity management and funding structures.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Track record of driving process improvements and implementing technology solutions.
